The City Council of Binissalem organizes every year, within the framework of the Fiestas del Vermar (Harvest Festivities), the Wine Fair.

It usually takes place in the Rectory Park during a weekend: on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday all day long.

For a small price (usually less than 6 euros), visitors can taste the wines from the D. O. Binissalem, as the different wineries present their novelties and their best seasonal wines.
